THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

ELIGIBILITY

The TOCKR Watch Face Social Media Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Little Labs, Inc. (“Sponsor”), is open only to individual persons who are:

(a) permanent legal residents of the United States physically residing in the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, and

(b) at least 18 years old as of the date of entry.

Employees of Sponsor, and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win the Prize.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on March 19, 2026 at 6:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on April 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the schedule if necessary.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the following steps:

• Install any TOCKR watch face using the Facer app (free or paid).

• Take a photo or video of your watch displaying the TOCKR watch face.

• Post the image or video on a public social media platform, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, Reddit, or similar platforms.

• Include the hashtag #TockrFacer in your post.

• Tag @facer_io and @tockrwatches.

Entries must remain publicly accessible during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible.

Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry complies with these Official Rules, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules will not be considered.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to use automated systems, bots, or other improper means of entry.

By submitting an entry or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) TOCKR Chronograph Watch

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): TBD

The prize will be shipped to the confirmed winner by Sponsor or TOCKR.

No substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

SELECTION OF A WINNER

Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final, will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about April 5, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner may be announced publicly on Facer’s official social media channels on or about April 5, 2026.

The potential winner will also be contacted by Sponsor using the contact information or social media account associated with the selected entry, if available.

If the selected potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE

In order to claim the Prize, the selected potential winner:

(i) must meet all eligibility requirements,

(ii) must provide proof of identity, address, and date of birth, and

(iii) may be required to execute and return certain prize winner documents, including an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and any applicable tax forms.

Failure to complete the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The Prize will be shipped within approximately fourteen (14) days after all required documentation has been received and verified.

TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize.

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent tax documentation as required by law.

PUBLICITY / SUBMISSION LICENSE

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the participant’s consent for Sponsor to use the participant’s name, social media username, photograph, likeness, city, state, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation.

GENERAL TERMS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• uses automated systems, bots, or scripts

• tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes

• engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior

• violates the rights of any third party

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website associated with the Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• technical failures of any kind

• network outages or interruptions

• lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• typographical or administrative errors

Participation in the Sweepstakes is at the participant’s own risk.

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, or any other social media platform.

Participants release all such platforms from any liability associated with this Sweepstakes.

Information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at:

GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
